Delete your SuperAIStudy account

This page explains how to delete your account in the SuperAIStudy app (Android, on Google Play) and the SuperAIStudy website, and what happens to your data when you do.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@superaistudy.com from the email address you use to sign in to SuperAIStudy.
2. Use the subject “Delete my SuperAIStudy account”.
3. Include the email address of the account. If you sign in with Google, give the Google email address you use.

We may reply to confirm that the request came from the account owner. Your account and its data are deleted within 30 days of that confirmation, and we email you when it is done.

Data that is deleted

• Your account: name, email address, and sign-in details (including Google Sign-In link)
• Notes, folders, drawings, and image previews you created
• Quizzes and questions you created
• Quiz attempts, answers, scores, and attempt history
• Reading progress, saved items, and revision dates
• Notes and quizzes you published to the public feed, and comments you posted

Data that may be kept

• Copies of your published notes or quizzes that other users already saved into their own library stay in their accounts, without your account attached.
• Information we must keep to meet a legal obligation, kept only as long as that law requires.

Nothing else is kept after deletion. The copy of your library stored on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can delete individual notes and quizzes at any time inside the app or on the website. Deleted items move to Trash; delete them from Trash to remove them permanently. To remove a post from the public feed, open its menu and choose “Remove from feed”.
