SuperAIStudy

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

This policy describes how the SuperAIStudy Android app and the SuperAIStudy website (“SuperAIStudy”, “we”) handle information. It applies to the app listed on Google Play and to the website that syncs with it.

Information we collect

When you create an account or sign in, we collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • If you choose Google Sign-In, the name, email address, and account identifier Google shares with us
  • A password if you register with email. The password is handled by Firebase Authentication. We do not store your password in the app.

When you use the app, we store the content you create, including:

  • Notes, folders, drawings, and images you attach to notes
  • Quizzes, questions, answers, scores, and attempt history
  • Reading progress, saved items, and revision dates you set

A copy of this library is kept on your device so you can open it offline. When you are signed in, the same content is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) so it can sync between the app and the website.

Firebase may process technical data such as your IP address and device information to provide sign-in, storage, and hosting. We do not sell your information and the app does not show third-party ads.

How we use information

  • To create and protect your account
  • To save, sync, and show your notes, folders, quizzes, and attempts
  • To show reading progress, revision reminders, and quiz scores you asked the app to keep
  • To let you publish or share a note or quiz with other signed-in users when you choose to
  • To operate, secure, and fix the app and website

When information is shared

We share information only in these cases:

  • With other users, when you choose to share. A note or quiz you publish can be read by other signed-in people. Your display name may appear as the author. Scores on a published quiz may be used to show rank among people who attempted that quiz.
  • With Google Firebase. Account data and the content you sync are processed by Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase App Hosting so the service can run. Their handling of that data is covered by Google’s terms and privacy policy.
  • If required by law. We may disclose information when a law, regulation, or legal process requires it.

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Notes, quizzes, and other content stay in your account until you delete them. Signing out does not delete cloud data. Uninstalling the app removes the copy stored on that device. It does not delete the copy in your account.

You can delete notes and quizzes inside the app (including from Trash). To delete your account and the cloud data tied to it, follow the steps on our account deletion page.

Children

SuperAIStudy is a general study tool. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Cloud data is stored in Firebase and is available to your account when you are signed in. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
