Terms of Service

These terms apply to the SuperAIStudy Android app and the SuperAIStudy website (“SuperAIStudy”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using SuperAIStudy, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

SuperAIStudy is a study tool for writing notes, organising them in folders, creating and attempting quizzes, tracking progress, and scheduling revision. Your library syncs between the app and the website when you are signed in. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time. Features marked “coming soon” are not yet available.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use SuperAIStudy.
• Give accurate information when you register and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us at support@superaistudy.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Your content

You own the notes, quizzes, questions, images, and other content you create (“your content”). We do not claim ownership of it.

To run the service, you give us permission to store, copy, process, and display your content as needed to save it, sync it between your devices, and show it to you. When you publish or share a note or quiz, you also give other signed-in users permission to view and attempt it inside SuperAIStudy, and you allow us to show your display name as the author and use attempt scores to show rankings for that quiz. You can unpublish or delete your content at any time.

You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the right to share anything you publish.

Acceptable use

When using SuperAIStudy, you agree not to:

• Publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or violent
• Copy or publish material you do not have the right to share, such as copyrighted books or paid test papers
• Share other people’s personal information without their permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are
• Post spam, malware, or misleading links
• Try to access other users’ accounts or data, or interfere with the app, website, or servers
• Scrape, resell, or use the service to build a competing product

We may remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend or close accounts that repeatedly or seriously break them. To report content, email support@superaistudy.com with a description and the title of the note or quiz.

Study content and accuracy

Notes and quizzes, including ones published by other users, are provided for practice and revision only. We do not guarantee that any content, answer, score, or statistic is accurate, complete, or up to date, and SuperAIStudy is not affiliated with any exam body. Always confirm important information with official sources.

Our app and website

The SuperAIStudy name, logo, design, and software belong to us. These terms do not give you any right to use them apart from using the service as intended.

Third-party services

SuperAIStudy uses Google Firebase for sign-in, storage, and hosting, and offers Google Sign-In. Your use of those services is also covered by Google’s terms. The app is distributed through Google Play, whose terms also apply to your download.

Ending your use

You can stop using SuperAIStudy at any time. To delete your account and its cloud data, follow the steps on our account deletion page. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service. If we discontinue the service, we will try to give reasonable notice.

Disclaimer

SuperAIStudy is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, marks, or opportunities, arising from your use of SuperAIStudy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction in India, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use SuperAIStudy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
